Wireless Network Card BROADCOM BCM43XX on linux
So after a few months of plugging in and out the ethernet cable I finally ran into a forum that had a solution that worked, I tried Suse, I tried Sabayon, Ubuntu and even Knoppix but this finally worked using:
Fedora Core 6
Bellow are the commands I ran in BOLD
Make sure you have internet connection with you ethernet card.

[ingram@localhost ~]$ su root

[root@localhost ingram]# cd Desktop/

[root@localhost Desktop]# pwd

Setting network parameters...
Starting dhcdbd: [ OK ]
Starting NetworkManager daemon: [ OK ]
Starting NetworkManagerDispatcher daemon: [ OK ]

THAT'S IT! With Fedora Core 6 you won't even need to reboot.
Now on your desktop you should see the wireless window popup

Lucien's birth
So I became a dad, I must that was one crazy ride!!!
It's a little bit strange when you see your wife go through so much pain and yet you can't do much to help or to improve things... other than extending your arm and have her squeeze the hell out of it while trying to keep the cam-recorder steady lol.

And his name is: Lucien Cassius Smarius

So there you go, there he is.

I'll update more on this later...

Kodak Moments
One day while getting of the 80 I was getting close to the Pinole exit and I noticed something strange on the freeway I accelerated a little bit so I could get closer...
GOD! that was amazing...
While driving I rushed for my camera and voila!

Take a look at that... It's one of those classic Kodak Moments.

The Biker dude was driving down the freeway on this little bike and look!!! no hands!!!....
Just amazing...

While still living back in our old apartment in Richmond a few months ago sitting on the couch one night Iggy my wife's cat decided to come out of the closet and tell us that he was a transvestite...

Iggy came out of the closet!!!
Shocking...

But! shocked was he! when I took a picture of him in his outfit.

Pool table
We got a pool table not long ago and decided to change the OLD 1970's style room to a little bit more lounge/modern/updated room.

This is the same room before:

And after we got there!!!
oooh yeah... that's how I like it.
And it was only about $799... aaand it can turn into a ping pong table.

We got the new lights hanging there... they were kinda cheap though (IKEA is good for that stuff) though it would be cool to have a Budweiser (thought it sucks as a beer) to hang over the pool table and give it that bar effect.

One more thing that needs to go against the wall, is a dart board...

Deschutes River Rafting
About a week ago I took a trip to Oregon with my wife.
And one of her friends got us tickets to go river rafting.
it was veeeeery cool!

Deschutes River Rafting, the cool thing was that it ranged from a category 1 to 4 in some parts, nice rough and bumpy ride every once in a while.

Yeah that's the proof I was there!

Only bad thing was that the night before we were camping and while setting up the tent a yellow jacket got me my index pinger.
Dang!!! that hurt, but it was ok the next day.

One of these little f%#@$* got me in the finger.

I finally got my own car
Yay!!! So finally I got a car... the most expensive thing I've ever bought...
My Toyota Camry LE 2007
Didn't get the Hybrid cause it was like another 6000 on top of that... noooo thanks!
This was expensive enough; man this car drives smooth. I feel like driving all the time now.

Hello World
My title is classic I must say, but that's how it all starts.
I've had this site for over 2 years and I never actually used it more than adding pictures to my gallery: http://www.fixant.com/Gallery

But I'll start posting some stuff up here as often as I can.
Instead of being addicted to myspace.

Just a short intro, my name is Ingram I'm living in the Bay Area California (nice place to live by the way!)
Currently working for the big guy in the corporate world but enjoying every moment of it.

Check this picture out!!!
This was in BART (those shades are not mine, but hell they look cool ;o)

I will be adding some entries before this date, stuff that I do want to share so I might go back as far as Dec. 2005
